If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we are committed to making necessary revisions until the design meets your expectations. This guarantee is applicable only to active requests and does not extend to completed projects or requests made after the termination of your subscription.
No Refunds
Please note that all payments made towards the Designs Unlimited Service are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or other payments under any circumstances. We encourage you to evaluate our service carefully before committing to a subscription.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs created as part of the Service are the intellectual property of Affinity Design.
